Member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) since 2007. He is a chartered accountant and business advisor with extensive professional experience in many sectors of the economy and finance gained at the British and international markets. In 2005 he founded Capital Business Links Ltd with its head office in London, a firm of chartered accountants and business advisors providing accounting, consultancy, and business development services for over 3000 clients. Capital Business Links Ltd is currently one of the biggest and most renowned companies in the UK specializing in supporting Eastern and Central European businesses in expansion into international markets with its offices in London, Warsaw and Krakow.

He has been involved in the construction and recycling industry for over 20 years. In the years 2004-2010 he was the owner of a multi-million company, employing over 120 people and processing 4,000 tons of post-construction waste daily. Unfortunately, as a result of structural changes in Poland, his business went bankrupt. However, Arek quickly recovered from this decline and began teaching others how to avoid business mistakes and turn financial problems into financial freedom. Thanks to his help, dozens of companies avoided bankruptcy. Currently, for over 3 years, Arek has been running a school where he is training constructions workers and operators of heavy construction equipment to be better qualified and more employable. At the moment, he has already trained 150 operators and his school is growing rapidly. He also helped over 1000 operators go through the recruitment process and successfully landed their dream job.
